Elite level training in a small group setting. 

 

Our mission is to provide quality instruction at an affordable price in order to create a culture of athletes reaping the benefits and success of long term elite level training.

Each session will consist of a 45 minute small group training (1 instructor to 5 students) to focus on development in the following areas:

Injury Prevention
